All of our bakery items are handcrafted with care and precision.  Our ingredients are fresh, and we bake to order . . . which means the freshest possible delicacies for you and your customers to enjoy.

 Below are some of our favorite items, though it was hard to choose from the vast selection we offer daily.

Chocolate Cake – Rich & Moist, our Pastry Chef creates this classic to perfection and puts all others to shame.  The thick chocolate icing will have you licking your fingers and asking for more!   

 Almond Triangles – Tall, flaky, and bursting with flavor, this extravagant pastry is filled with almond paste and topped with almond flakes. 

 Oversized Cookies – Oatmeal Raisin or Chocolate Chunk – We have outdone ourselves with these huge cookies.  Our Oatmeal Raisin cookie is FILLED to overflowing with sweet, plump raisins, and our Chocolate Chunk cookie has both sweet chocolate chips throughout and huge chocolate chunks on top for an added flavor burst. 

 Napoleon – Cream, sweet puff pastry and more cream make this decadent dessert a true hit.  White icing and a chocolate drizzle top this confection, which is available in petit four or single serving size.
